A spicy little number with big bite, for however you like your eggs in the morning. Treat them (or avocado toast) to a hit of herby, crunchy seeds fired up with chilli, cumin, and pink peppercorns. Boosted with lion’s mane, high in fibre, and great for your gut.

Ingredients (allergens in bold): pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, organic lions mane (100% fruiting body), olive oil, sesame seeds, pink peppercorns, chilli flakes, sea salt, poppy seeds, cumin, basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme.
