All our PUNCH blends includes some nuts or seeds. Allergens are clearly labelled in bold on our packaging. We do not recommend any PUNCH products to those with tree nut or sesame seed allergies.

All PUNCH products are handmade in small batches (to maximise freshness) in our Sussex commercial kitchen.

We work with trusted suppliers and source high-quality ingredients from around the world. Always responsibly sourced, never random bulk blends.

Our blends are made from all natural ingredients, like nuts, seeds and herbs, which are suitable for most people (providing there is no allergy). However, because we use Lion's Mane in our products we recommend parents consult a health professional before giving PUNCH regularly to children under 12.

Because our blends are food products, we can’t take returns once opened.
We are a small business making fresh, small batch blends so returns are only possible within 7 days, unopened and in original packaging. If there’s a problem with your order, get in touch and we’ll fix it.

Yes! Our tins are recyclable BUT they're designed to look good enough to keep on your counter and reuse again and again. If you sign up to a subscription, we'll send you a biodegradable refill pouch to fill it up with!
