Gabi, professional chef, nutritionist, and 2023 BBC MasterChef The Professionals contestant. Gabi has over 15 years of experience cooking for ultra-high-profile clients - from elite athletes to royalty. After years of fuelling people who demand performance and flavour in equal measure, Gabi grew frustrated with “healthy” food that tasted flat and supplements that over-promised. PUNCH is her rebellion: flavour-first food that actually does something for you.

how it started
Once upon a coffee-shop catch-up, two friends and soon-to-be co-founders got talking. One was a chef-nutritionist with years spent cooking for elite athletes, royals and people who live life at full tilt. The other, a biologist-turned-brand expert working with some of the world’s biggest food names.
Our worlds of food, science, and creative chaos collided, and BOOM, PUNCH was born.
the problem
Somewhere along the way, “healthy eating” became complicated. A maze of rules, fistfuls of supplements, and a whole line up of powders and potions that left us feeling overwhelmed (and frankly, underwhelmed at mealtimes: another juice cleanse - no thanks).
